Using the app
The current app does not require you to create an account or provide your name or email address to listen to its meditations and music.
PostHog usage analytics is disabled in this version. The app does not send listening activity, screen visits or analytics identifiers to PostHog. We do not use advertising tracking or session recordings in the app.
If we introduce optional analytics in the future, we will update this policy and explain your choices before collecting that information.
Information stored on your device
The app may store settings and cached app content on your device to support its operation. Any locally stored privacy preference does not enable analytics while analytics is disabled.
Removing the app and its local data removes its local settings, subject to your device’s backup and restore arrangements.
App delivery and TestFlight
Apple provides App Store and TestFlight distribution. Expo provides app-update delivery. These services may process technical information, such as network addresses and device or app information, when delivering their services.
If you use TestFlight, Apple may share testing information with us, including crash reports, usage information and feedback you submit. We use this information to investigate problems and improve the app.

When you contact us
If you email us, we receive your email address and the information you include. We use this to answer your questions, provide support and handle privacy requests.
Please avoid including unnecessary sensitive information, such as detailed medical information.
We rely on our legitimate interests in providing support and maintaining the app when handling ordinary enquiries and testing feedback. Where we must process information to meet a legal obligation, such as responding to a data-protection request, we rely on that obligation.
Our email and technical service providers may process information needed to deliver these services. Their processing may involve countries outside the UK; their privacy information describes their arrangements. You can contact us for further information about providers handling your correspondence.
How long information is kept
We keep support correspondence and testing information only for as long as reasonably needed to resolve the matter, manage relevant follow-up and meet applicable legal obligations. When deciding what to retain, we consider the nature of the enquiry, whether it remains unresolved and whether records are needed for a dispute or legal requirement.
Apple and Expo apply their own retention arrangements to information they process for their services.
We do not hold PostHog usage statistics from this analytics-disabled version.
Your privacy rights
Depending on the circumstances, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict or obtain a copy of personal information we hold about you.
You may also object to processing based on our legitimate interests.

We may update this policy when the app or our practices change. The date above will show when it was last updated. Where required, we will explain significant changes and seek consent before introducing new optional data collection.
